Delivery times

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. The daily cut-off is 2pm UK time; orders placed after that are processed the next working day.
Delivery charges (UK)
Some items deliver free and others carry a delivery charge set by the supplier. The charge for each item is shown on its product page and in your basket. There is no minimum spend for free delivery: an item either delivers free or it doesn't.
Orders with more than one item
Items can come from different suppliers, so they may arrive in separate parcels. Your basket groups items by delivery and shows the arrival date and charge for each group before you pay.
Delivering outside the UK
Choose your country at the top of any page to see prices in your currency. The delivery options and charges for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
It depends on the item. Some deliver free and some carry a charge. The cost for every item is on its product page and in your basket. See Delivery information.
When will my order arrive?
Each product page shows its delivery time. Order before 2pm UK time on a working day for the fastest dispatch.
Why do items have different delivery times?
Products are sent from different suppliers. Your basket groups them by delivery so you know when each one arrives.

Returns
How long do I have to return something?
Either 14 or 30 days from delivery, depending on the item. The return window is shown on each product page. See our Returns & refunds page.

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout and we never see your card details.
